Shipping to Sweden

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders above SEK 1000. Within Sweden we ship with DHL Service Point. Delivery time: 2-3 business days. After placing an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be fully traceable.You’ll get your shipment to your local delivery point. A text message or e-mail will be sent to you when your package is ready to be collected. Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.

EU

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders above €100 (£100 for the UK). For shipments within the the EU we use DHL Express. All orders are processed and delivered within 3-4 business days. After placing an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be fully traceable using DHL Track and Trace. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.

International Shipping

We offer free shipping and free returns on International orders above €100 ($100 for the US and Canada). All international orders (outside EU) will be delivered within 5-7 days with DHL Express. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. After placing an order a confirmation will be sent by email. Your order will be fully traceable using DHL Track and Trace. 

For customers returning items outside of the EU, the two copies of Commercial Invoices that comes with the order needs to be signed and attached with the shipment. Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders being shipped outside the EU. These charges are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. You will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees upon receiving the order. Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

Free returns

Items need to be unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached. The items needs to be sent together with the Delivery Note within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable. To be able to return shoes they must have a clean outer sole why we recommend that you try them on a carpet surface. Sneakers must be returned in the same packaging as they arrived in (with the box and the bag). Also, we kindly ask our customers to give us feedback on the reason for the return - we are always trying to improve our products and systems.

How to return your order in Sweden

1. Place the item/items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached)in the original box with the original protective packaging together with the Delivery Note.

2. Hand it in at your nearest Service Point.

How to return your order within the EU

1. Place the item/items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached)in the original box with the original protective packaging together with the Delivery Note.

2. Hand it in at your nearest Service Point or call DHL to arrange a pick-up.

How to return your international order

1. Place the item/items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached)in the original box with the original protective packaging together with the Delivery Note

2. Simply send us an e-mail at: customercare@adaysmarch.com- write "return" and your order number in the subject line, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on what to do next.

Refunds

As soon as we have received your return – we will make the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive into your bank account depending on chosen payment method.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.

Defective items?

If you receive an item that you think is defected or has a production error, please contact us at customercare@adaysmarch.com and we will help you out.
